Products purchased from us are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.

However, any sale and purchase transaction made on our store is directly between you and LexaStore. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and LexaStore, and carries no liability whatsoever, including for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the products and services purchased. We will notify you of any claim subject to indemnification; however, a delay in notification does not relieve you of your obligations unless you suffer material prejudice. We may handle the defense and settlement of such claims at your expense, including the choice of counsel; however, we will not agree to any settlement that imposes a non-monetary obligation on you without your consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
